Composer, orchestrator, and performer David Welsch has been working as a professional musician for over 50 years. Dave scores James Marlowe’s Trent Lockwood film series and recently composed music for 5-time Grammy Award-winning artist Victor Wooten's audio book, The Spirit of Music: The Lesson Continues. Dave also provided the voice for one of the characters and mixed and mastered the audio book at his DayGig Music- Studio D.
Dave recently completed post-production on Under The Mercy, a film by Eric Scott, Joe Cunningham and Peter Mahan. He received Honorable Mention for Best Original Soundtrack at the 2021 Prague International Indie Film Festival for composing, orchestrating, and performing the score.
He is a BMI artist and publisher and is a member of the American Federation of Musicians.
